About Spinach

Our story

Spinach first opened its doors in 2013 in East Dulwich, and is run by me, Melissa, the founder and operator.

We now have two local restaurants, and look to bring happiness to every part of our customers’ experience. We do this through interesting flavours that feel good, incredible customer service and a warm environment to linger in. We aim to be the local space every community of food lovers dreams of.

You will find me at one of the venues most days so please come and say hello!

Sustainability at Spinach

At Spinach, we're all about keeping things eco-friendly. Our menus are carefully curated to reduce waste, focusing on efficient ingredient use, responsible sourcing, and portion control. We've got solid connections with our suppliers, making sure they're on board with British or local products, top-notch animal welfare and ethical trade.

When it comes to our restaurants, we're into all things green, from sustainable construction materials to re-purposed furniture. We practice what we preach and serve up seriously good food in conscious surroundings.

From day one, we've been supporting local communities and charitable causes. Feel free to contact us if you’d like to collaborate.

We're dedicated to constantly checking and bettering our environmental impact. We’re not perfect but we doing our best to make small changes that make a difference.
