We are open Monday and Sunday 8.30am – 5pm, Tuesday through to Saturday 8.30am – 11pm.

Please note we do not take bookings for Brunch Saturday and Sunday between 8.30am – 4pm.

We respect our beans, grapes and grains as much as our veg here at Spinach and have something for every hour of the day on our drinks list.

Our coffee is sourced from a local, independent artisan whose passion bursts out in the silky textures of his Moonroast beans.

Our Smoothie Bar takes plant inspired ingredients and throws in classic yet innovative flavours like our caffeine fuelled ‘My Engine Won’t Start This Morning’ or our peanut-buttery ‘Monkey Flip’.

Our Craft Beer selection draws from some of London’s best brewers, including Meantime, Brixton and Kernel.

If wine is more your speed, our curated Natural Wine selection is built to perfectly accompany our dishes but also stands apart for its depth and quality. Sourced from the well known Les Caves De Pyrene, we have a natural Austrian Grüner Veltliner, an Organic Orange wine from Italy, and a Pinot Noir all the way from the New World and everything in between.

To round off your day with a bit of fun, our cocktails will offer something for everyone!  Try our Burnt Citrus Margarita to tickle your taste buds our Apple and Raspberry Crumble to warm you up on a cold winters day.


We offer flexible hire space and hire packages to bring a little Spinach pizzazz to your event, function or get-together.
Upstairs at Spinach is a private room which can seat 8 to 25 or have up to 30 standing.

On Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings (6pm to close) you can also hire out the entire restaurant for up to 100 people.

For either space, you can pre-order from the regular menu, develop a bespoke menu with us, or (if you want to do things properly!) go for one of our Sharing Feasts.  If your group is eating there is no hire fee for the space.
If you want Upstairs for a workshop or presentation or similar – with no food – we charge £20 an hour for the space and your guests are welcome to visit us at the bar for coffees, teas, drinks and so on.

With Spinach: Catering, we will bring Spinach’s signature style, flavours and vibrancy, to your home, workplace or event.  You’re busy, we love feeding people – it was meant to be!
From £10 to £50+ per person we will develop a tailored menu with you to meet your needs.  For smaller and/or regular events we happily serve South East London, around our home in East Dulwich.  For larger events we are able to travel as far as your imagination.

We cater for:

Office lunches
Working events (off-sites, shoots, retreats)
Family occasions (Birthdays, Christenings, Anniversaries, House-Warmings, “kids have gone to university”…)
Any time friends, families or colleagues unite in celebration, collaboration, commiseration or hunger

We had deep fried goats cheese and courgette fritters which were lovely and tasty and light as a feather. Then we had seared tuna and cod with black rice, OMG I have never tasted anything like it, cod with rice .. who knew? It was the best food I had eaten in months. Go there. You won’t be disappointed.

The avocado on sourdough with eggs is very tasty, the salad + protein combos are a nice option for lunch, and dinner offers a huge variety of dishes which are just amazing. I would recommend the courgette and mint fritters, and the seared tuna is to die for!
